This is the license agreement for the REO Speedwagon Screen Saver ("the software"). The software is protected by copyright laws. Title to the software shall at all times remain with the author. The software is licensed by the author to you for your use strictly in accordance with the following terms and conditions. The acts of installing or using the software indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
You may download the software as often as necessary. You may install and use the software on an unlimited number of computers for your personal use only. There is no charge to download, install, or use the software.
You assume the entire risk of installing and using the software.
You may not sell, rent, loan, sublease, or redistribute the software. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or translate the software.
The software is provided and licensed "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of mechantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the author, the parties hosting and maintaining the distribution infrastructure, REO Speedwagon or its agents be liable to you for any damages, including without limitation lost profits or revenues, loss of data, business interruption loss, recovery or substitution costs, or claims by third parties, or other indirect incidental or consequential damages arising out of the installation or use of or inability to install or use the software.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
